ProStart® - ProStart is a nationwide, two-year high school program that unites the classroom and industry to develop the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s restaurant and foodservice leaders.
Scholarships - The Education Foundation has provided scholarships for hundreds of foodservice and hospitality students ensuring that we continue to recruit promising new talent to our industry. Over $750,000 in scholarships have been awarded since 1983.
Student Competitions - Held annually at the Wisconsin Restaurant Expo, the College Culinary Arts and ProStart® Invitational competitions challenge students to improve their culinary and management expertise.
Training and Education - Education to elevation industry professionals and satisfy state requirements is available through Wisconsin Restaurant Expo seminars and ServSafe® food safety and bartender certifications.
