Wisconsin Food Safety Training

State Certification
ServSafe® Serving Safe Food Initial Course
8:30am - 5:00pm

The ServSafe® Initial Course reviews food preparation principles to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses.   This course fulfills the Wisconsin statutory certification requirement to become a Certified Food Manager in Wisconsin.

The WRA Education Foundation ServSafe Initial Course is the only course in the state to send out the book before the class begins so students can prepare.  And, it’s the only initial course to offer lunch.  Register today!

Recertification
Wisconsin Food Manager's Recertification
8:30am - 12:30pm

This course is for individuals whose State of Wisconsin Food Manager's Certification (little brown card) is about to expire or has not been expired for longer than 6 months; and for individuals who do not work in the City of Milwaukee. The half-day class fulfills the Wisconsin statutory recertification requirement for all foodservice managers. It is also the only course to use the same book as the initial certification course, a $50 value. Register today!
