Initial Review Presentation with Certification Exam
Fulfill the state requirement to be a Certified Food Manager in Wisconsin. The ServSafe® Manager program covers what a food protection manager needs to know to keep food safe.

Format Options: Classroom vs Online
The same content is covered in both formats; each is geared to different learning styles. Session and exam formats may be mixed, however all exams must be taken in a proctored setting.
