Answers on Regulations WRA provides the information you need on questions like: What hot holding temperature do I use? What if my employees don’t report their tips? Can open bottles of wine be taken home? Experts from regulatory agencies and members of the WRA Hotline Team will be WRA Booth #526 over all three days of the show with fast answers to your business questions. Food Safety and Wisconsin’s Food Code Labor Law and Employment Issues Regulations for Alcohol and Tobacco Quick Quiz When you arrive at the Expo, you’ll receive a copy of the WRA Quick Quiz. Try your hand at answering true/false questions on regulations and industry statistics. When you’re done, return your completed quiz to a WRA member in Booth #526 – you’ll get a cool prize just for trying! |
