Bakers Best Seal of Excellence
Five categories of bakery items are judged to define the bakers best products in Wisconsin: 3-D Mini Cakes, Puff Pastries, Danish or Sweet Dough Coffee Cakes, Whole Grain Pan or Artisan Breads, and Cake Donuts. |

Arts Competition
Monday, March 21
Culinary students from across the state design stunning plated meals. In the Hot Food Competition, four course meals are prepared. In the Cold Plate Competition, aspic-glazed plates are judged on appearance and creativity. |
