ATTENTION WISCONSIN RESTAURANT EXPO EXHIBITORS:

It has just come to our attention that other companies are contacting the Wisconsin Restaurant Expo exhibitors to register them for services they may need at the next Wisconsin Restaurant Expo. Although you have some freedom to use other vendors, the following companies are the official contractors for the Wisconsin Restaurant Expo:

Valley Expo & Displays
Frontier Airlines Center
Registration Systems Inc.
Levy Catering
United Visual

Other companies (otherwise referred to as exhibitor appointed contractors or EACs) are allowed to install and dismantle custom exhibits as well as provide and install carpeting for island booths. However, using companies other than those listed above will result in additional charges that would be the responsibility of the exhibiting company and the exhibitor would need to complete the exhibitor appointed contractor forms. Information on exhibitor appointed contractors and forms are located in the Exhibitor Service Manual under the Freight and Labor section.
