The Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation announces P.U.L.S.E. Leadership Group as an endorsed service provider. As part of this endorsed provider partnership with the WRAEF, P.U.L.S.E. Leadership Group offers significant discounts on leadership training workshops specifically for WRA members. This is the first time that the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation has given their endorsement to a training service provider.

P.U.L.S.E. Leadership Group offers classes and interactive workshops as well as consulting services on leadership and management training. P.U.L.S.E. stands for Passion – Urgency – Leadership – Strategy – Effectiveness.

P.U.L.S.E. recently established the Restaurant Leadership Professional® (RLP) Certification Program which is the only hands-on leadership certification for the Wisconsin hospitality industry. The mission of the RLP is to elevate the leadership practice in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The RLP furthermore seeks to champion the many hospitality careers in the marketplace by offering a vehicle for career advancement, leadership practice and continued development. The RLP Certification is intended for individuals who have at least two years of restaurant or hospitality managerial or supervisory work experience.

“P.U.L.S.E. Leadership Group, along with the Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation has worked diligently over the past 8 months to bring restaurateurs a program of hands-on leadership development,” said Brian Cantwell, President of P.U.L.S.E. Leadership Group. “Since a major component of leadership development is relationship building and teamwork, the classes and seminars are designed to be interactive, relevant and facilitated live and in person.”

The following is a list of classes in the RLP certification program:
